Package Conditions

• Packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• Packages must be paid in full at time of purchase.
• Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
• Cancellation must be made from your online account, or by contacting your instructor during office hour
• 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, or the lesson will be forfeited.
• Students must hold and bring a valid learner's permit to every lesson (physical or digital license).
• Lessons may be stopped if safety is at risk (e.g., alcohol, drugs, unsafe behaviour).
